The MICT team helped the secretariat with local setting-ups: venues, transportation, and accommodations. The effectively-working team obtained the flight information of participants from the secretariat of APSCO, arranged transportation services between airport and the hotel. They also arranged meeting rooms and cafeterias in a perfect manner. Hotel rooms are properly reserved according to their different check-in time. Expenses of 30 rooms are burned by MICT.
